As a member of the store leadership team my primary job is to connect people and to interact with the business team to achieve best results, both for our customers and for our employees.
• Inspire and coach the store team to provide a transformational customer experience.
• Introducing business users to Apple products and services ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Connecting throughout the wider team to increase understanding, cooperation and results
• Establish, coordinate, and deliver business workshops and events
• Partner with store leadership in the recruiting, selection, and development process of a diverse and talented business team
I deal mainly:
- planning and execution marketing plan and demand generation campaigns to create pipeline and achieve quota target for b2b & b2c .
- responsible for Lead Management “close-the-loop” process by ensuring follow-up and tracking of marketing programs & opportunities creation
- planning and execution of channel marketing campaigns to maximize channel revenues and effectiveness, such as promotions or training
- design and execution of programs for channel readiness and development
- focal point for Channel Sales activities
- VOIspeed Spokespeople at public events
- coordination and direct involvement in press, social and communication activities
All of the above through the gold team (6 people)
The gold team is focused on sales development of the channel, through strategic activities and ad-hoc marketing packages. I'm responsible for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within my team reaches their targets.

Internal development of commercial and tech skills.
To the vendors, relationship and visibility.
Defining business strategies with both.
